Melasma is a condition that causes dark patches on the face, commonly associated with sun exposure and hormonal factors. Cadila Skinshine Cream helps improve melasma by reducing excess melanin formation and supporting skin cell turnover, which allows dark patches to fade more evenly. When used for short-term, intermittent treatment under medical supervision and combined with proper sun protection, it helps improve the appearance of facial melasma.

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

Cadila Skinshine Cream is a combination of three medicines: Hydroquinone, Mometasone, and Tretinoin—used for the treatment of melasma of the face. Hydroquinone reduces excess melanin formation in the skin, which helps lighten dark patches. Mometasone is a corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation, redness, and irritation associated with treatment. Tretinoin is a vitamin A derivative that promotes skin cell turnover, helping melanin to disperse more evenly. Together, these actions help improve the appearance of melasma when used for short-term, intermittent treatment under medical supervision.
