Eligible Returns
Returns will only be accepted if:

The product was damaged, defective, or missing upon delivery.

In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds

Once your refund is approved from our head team, a refund will be initiated.

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Replacement Policy
If you prefer, instead of a refund, we can arrange a replacement for:
